If you have shoes with laces on one side and shoes with velcro on the other?
My daughter is almost 2. She had velcro shoes this past winter and never really bothered them, but she wore her new velcro sandals for the first time today and wouldn't leave them alone. They're really cute shoes and I like them but I don't want to have to put them back on her 50 times a day.
duct tape works for everything. LOL. In all seriousness. I have never heard of velcro shoes being childproof. Whole point in velcro shoes is its easy to get off and on for the parents and the child to learn to put shoes on...tying comes on later.
I put a stitch in something or other that had velcro that my daughter kept undoing- maybe it was a hat? That would make it hard to get shoes off and on, though! I can highly recommend the shoes with the elastic, stretchy ties, though, like the ones in the link below- my daughter can't undo the toggle (though she can slip them off, sadly) to loosen them. Keeps them on a little better than velcro, (these are sandals with the same kind of thing)
Girls...my daughter would take everything off and put it back on...or not. clothes, and shoes. They are new to her and she has realized she can take them off. Try telling her she can play with her shoes but when you are going out her shoes need to stay on. It will get old fast. Try not putting her shoes on untill you leave the house and let her do it. Praise her good job, lets leave them on,they are so pretty. My daughter..not sure if it isthe same thing. Liked to do everything herself at a very early age. If i tried to dress her or put her shoes on to get out of the house quicker..she would'nt have it, she wanted to do it so...I let her. Not worth it, she is independant which is a great thing to be. Does she not like them? My son, for the first 3 years had a hard time adjusting to sandles, and shorts. they were different. He was fine and wore them after a few days. The same with switching out of sandles into closed shoes, and pants. He got used of them and doesn't like change.
Just let her go barefoot. Bare feet are healthier for children. If she's taking the sandals off it means she doesn't want them on her feet.
| Clothes - reflexion of a way of life and requirements of the people representing various cultures and beliefs. Conformity of clothes of certain estate, a social class or a caste to material possibilities, and also the primary goals which societies were assigned to this layer, was obligatory at all times. To dare to wear magnificent dresses with вшитыми the rigid clamps expanding a skirt till three-metre diameter, the simple peasants who were engaged in cattle and a kitchen garden hardly could. |
